The Bailey Family's Fundraising Events

Christine Bailey with a cheque for Children's Hyperinsulinism Fund

A big thank you to the Irish National Flying Club (pigeon racing) who held a charity Night and presented Christine Bailey with a cheque for the Children's Hyperinsulinism Fund.

The Charity Night at King's Bar, Finnis

Christine, William and Georgina Bailey held a Charity Night, in aid of the Childrens Hyperinsulinism Fund. It was held at King's Bar, Finnis, Dromara.

Kevin Doyle initiated and organised the event, Tom O'Rourke & Conor McKay were the Artists and Seamus McKay hosted the evening. Ladies of the Finnis Mother & Toddler Group supplied the refreshments.

Georgina Bailey and her Dromara Playgroup took part in Jeans for Genes Day on Friday 3rd October and their local newspaper covered their story.

Baileys fundraiser 2010

The Finnis Rural Development Group raised £550.00 at the Coffee Morning and Car Boot Sale. One of the members of the group, William Bailey, whose young daughter Georgina suffers from Hyperinsulinism and associated Epilepsy, thanked the members of the group, the general public who attended this fundraising event and indeed all who supported in any way, for their time and generosity in helping to raise the £550.00 which will be greatly appreciated by the Hyperinsulinism Fund.
